Dr. Pedro Cortina is the managing partner at the Innerland Institute. An author, speaker, counselor, coach, facilitator, trainer, philosopher, transformation specialist and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership and personal transformation roles that include business, education, consulting, coaching and counseling. He has dedicated his life both to personal and organizational transformation. He is the author of Curflexion, a guide for moving away from our underlying human experience of separation and unfulfillment.

Pedro holds bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees in philosophy and economics, education, administration, and leadership from Universidad Iberoamericana, the University of British Columbia, and the University of Calgary respectively. He teaches executive MBA students in the areas of leadership, strategy and human resources. He is a certified client counsellor by the American Philosophical Practitioners Association in New York, a Certified Business Solutions Provider from One Smart World, and a graduate from the Oxford Finance Program at the University of Oxford, UK.
